The McDonald Road development in Edinburgh sees an old office building converted into 74 luxury apartments, due for completion in Summer 2017.
Kingsford Estates, with a background in providing a serviced office model, are applying the shared community work space model to the residential experience, and have development plans for another 10 sites within the next 5-10 years.
